The AMFLOW PR Carbon is a full-suspension electric mountain bike with a carbon frame, Avinox M2 motor and removable 800Wh battery, finished in Moss Green (AMFLOW specifications). It is worth considering if you want a trail-focused eMTB but also need the everyday convenience of taking the battery out of the bike.
This is the PR Carbon base model, not the PR Carbon Pro: you get the M2 drive unit, FOX AWL HD Sport fork, Tektro four-piston brakes and a 168W charger (AMFLOW specifications). Choose it for that combination of equipment and removable-battery practicality, rather than assuming the Pro's motor, suspension and fast charger are included.
The 800Wh battery can be removed from the downtube without detaching the drive unit (AMFLOW specifications; AMFLOW FAQ). If where you store the bike and where you want to keep its battery are different places, that is a useful distinction to consider before choosing an eMTB.
The Avinox M2 delivers 110Nm nominal and up to 125Nm peak torque; AMFLOW lists 250W rated power and up to 1,100W peak power for this drive unit (AMFLOW specifications; AMFLOW FAQ). Those are different measurements, not interchangeable figures, and the PR Carbon should not be described using the Pro's 150Nm headline.
A 160mm FOX fork, FOX Float Rhythm rear shock, SRAM S1000 Eagle Transmission and 203mm Tektro brake rotors form the core build (AMFLOW specifications). When comparing bikes, look at that complete package as well as the motor: suspension, fit and braking should suit the riding you actually do.
The PR Carbon combines a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel, and offers five headset-angle settings, two bottom-bracket settings and four chainstay settings, giving up to 40 theoretical geometry combinations (AMFLOW specifications). Start with a correctly fitted bike and a sensible baseline setup rather than changing every adjustment at once.
For a commuting-only purchase, first consider whether you want a trail bike at all. For hard riding, check that your intended terrain and use fall within the manufacturer's limits; motor power alone is not a suitability test.

| Saddle and seatpost | Amflow Mountain Saddle and adjustable-travel dropper; confirm size-specific dropper travel before ordering (AMFLOW specifications; AMFLOW FAQ) |
| Maximum load | 125kg, comprising the rider, carried items and frame-mounted equipment (AMFLOW FAQ) |
The 210 × 55mm rear-shock measurement is not a rear-wheel travel figure. AMFLOW's specifications and FAQ differ on the size-L dropper travel, so an exact size-L figure is deliberately not stated here (AMFLOW specifications; AMFLOW FAQ).
Use the height ranges below as a starting point, not a substitute for fitting; AMFLOW recommends an in-person fit and its suggested ranges overlap (AMFLOW FAQ). If you fall between sizes, consider your proportions and preferred riding position before deciding.
| Size | Suggested rider height | Reach | Stack | Standover |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| M | 160–176cm (AMFLOW FAQ) | 452mm | 626mm | 782.5mm (AMFLOW geometry) |
| L | 168–183cm (AMFLOW FAQ) | 475mm | 637mm | 788.9mm (AMFLOW geometry) |
| XL | 173–189cm (AMFLOW FAQ) | 500mm | 649mm | 791.5mm (AMFLOW geometry) |
| XXL | 183–199cm (AMFLOW FAQ) | 527mm | 662mm | 799.1mm (AMFLOW geometry) |
Height guidance is from the AMFLOW FAQ, with geometry from the AMFLOW specification table. Geometry figures describe the listed configuration and should not be treated as identical across every adjustment setting.
AMFLOW lists 22.6kg in M, 22.7kg in L, 22.8kg in XL and 22.9kg in XXL for the 800Wh PR Carbon; these measurements exclude mudguards, lights, pedals and frame protection film, with the wheels converted to tubeless using sealant (AMFLOW FAQ). Treat these as qualified manufacturer measurements, not fully equipped ready-to-ride weights.
For the RS800 battery with the included 168W charger, AMFLOW lists approximately 4 hours 38 minutes from 0–80% and 6 hours 3 minutes from 0–100% (AMFLOW specifications; AMFLOW FAQ). Plan your riding around that standard charger, not the faster unit included with the Pro.
No: the Pro uses the Avinox M2S motor, FOX 36 Performance fork, Float X Performance shock, Magura Gustav Pro brakes and 508W fast charger, whereas this PR Carbon uses the M2, AWL HD Sport, Float Rhythm, Tektro brakes and 168W charger (AMFLOW specifications). Compare the actual build you are buying, not the shared PR family headline.
AMFLOW specifies a maximum load of 125kg including the rider, carried items and equipment mounted to the frame (AMFLOW FAQ). Allow for your riding kit and luggage when checking suitability, not just your body weight.
Start with AMFLOW's overlapping height ranges and arrange an in-person fitting where possible (AMFLOW FAQ). Share your height, inseam, current bike and preferred trails when asking for sizing advice.
Confirm the exact build, size, current price, availability, included accessories and delivery or collection arrangements before ordering. If you are comparing two sizes or PR against PR Pro, ask for those differences to be explained against the riding you actually plan to do.
